Jay Nixon is asking for a vigorous prosecution of P.O. Darran Wilson without gathering the facts of the case in the shooting of Michael Brown. He has over stepped his power and went outside the laws of missouri to demand prosecution of a case. We need to let the facts come out first, and then come to results.
Why is this important?
The gov does not have the power to tell the judicial branch who and when to prosecute, without the facts even being known. He has asked AG Eric Holder and the MO Attorney general to take action, even without the grand jury even hearing the case.
