This Petition signifies the wrongdoing of our Governor and State Attorney General, both to whom have violated Federal Constitutional Rights of the People of Hawai'i, Hawaiians and Non-Hawaiians. But not only our rights have been violated. Our lands have been illegally sold for development, making Hawai'i a concrete jungle, with loss of our natural lands, agriculture destroyed, and historic sites damaged.
