Impeach Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton

Ken Paxton, Attorney General of the State of Texas, violated his oath of office, and should resign, or be impeached.
Upon taking office on January 5, 2015, Ken Paxton swore the following oath:
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, I, Ken Paxton, do solemnly swear (or affirm), that I will faithfully execute the duties of the office of Attorney General of the State of Texas, and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States and of this State, so help me God.
His recent call for County clerks, judges, and other state workers to actively impede compliance by their offices with the rulings of the Supreme Court of the United States by refusing to process marriage licenses for same sex couples directly violates this oath.
Since he has not resigned his office, we actively call for his impeachment for violation of his sworn duties.

Why is this important?

No government employee is above the law, nor free to violate their sworn duties due to personal convictions, and still remain in office.
