Congress held the entire nation hostage until they were given permission to vote yes on the so called "Fiscal Cliff" by a tweet from Norquist. Congress is supposed represent all of us, not select individuals who are rich. They have ignored the oath they took when elected to office. They are traitors and should be impeached for treason.
Why is this important?
Those who signed the Norquist Pledge have forsaken their promise as elected representitives of the people of the United States per the Constitution, Article 1 - Section. 10.
"No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility."
This is an act of treason
