IMPEDING VOTER RIGHTS IS UNLAWFUL

The House of Representatives shall write guidelines for registering eligible voters. Within each state the Registrars of voters may not abridge these guidelines so that each USA citizen has an equal opportunity to vote. Within the states the Secretaries of State or designated elected officials are required to insure that each voter in the various voting districts has equal and fair access to casting their ballots. Breaching the principles of equality and fairness in a federal election can be considered a felony offense.

Why is this important?

IN A FEDERAL ELECTION IT IS A FELONY FOR AN ELECTED OFFICIAL TO IMPEDE A REGISTERED VOTER'S ACCESS TO A BALLOT OR POLLING PLACE.
