WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (U.S.A.) , BY OUR SIGNATURES ON THIS PETITION, CALL FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (FOR REASONS STATED BELOW) TO EMERGENTLY PROTECT OUR VOTE in the 2014 MIDTERM ELECTIONS.
As of June, 2014, the Republican Party of the United States is openly flaunting its intention to "win the Senate majority in the U.S. Congress SO IT CAN PROCEED TO IMPEACH PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA *FOR NO JUSTIFIABLE REASON WHATEVER.* This happens during a time in U.S. history when the VOTE OF THE PEOPLE OF THE U.S.A. IS FRANKLY SUBJECT TO MANIPULATION, ALTERATION AND GROSSLY ERRONEOUS END-COUNTS, VIA THE HACKING OF ELECTRONIC VOTING EQUIPMENT. THERE IS NOT ONE PIECE OF ELECTRONIC VOTING EQUIPMENT IN USE IN U.S. ELECTIONS WHICH CANNOT BE HACKED. THERE ARE COUNTLESS WAYS TO HACK ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES (INCLUDING OPTICAL SCANNERS AND TABLUATORS - those machines which collect and integrate the vote numbers from the smaller individual machines.) PAPER TRAILS ISSUED BY MANY VOTING MACHINES ARE NOTED BY POLL WORKERS TO TANGLE IN THE EQUIPMENT DURING PRINTING (to the point where they become mangled and illegible in the process of being removed from the jammed machines.) MANY VOTING MACHINES USED IN THE U.S.A. RUN ON PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE AND ARE THE PROPERTY OF CORPORATIONS OWNED BY REPUBICANS. THIS, IN AND OF ITSELF, IS ENOUGH TO PROVOKE WARRANTED SUSPICION OF FALSIFIED ELECTION RESULTS. BY LEGAL CONTRACT, NO INQUIRY INTO MACHINE OPERATION OR MANIPULATION IS PERMISSIBLE BY ANY PERSONS OUTSIDE THE CORPORATION WHICH OWNS THE MACHINES.
Media are abundant on the open internet which describe, in written and/or video format, the hacking of electronic voting machines/equipment CURRENTLY in abundant use in U.S. elections, AS WELL AS manipuation of vote counts. Why is this important?
This Petition is an ANSWER to the CLAMORING OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR THE IMPEACHMENT OF PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA. The purpose of this Petition is to ensure that a faulty vote count by hacking of electronic voting equipment does not result in a Republican Establishment of MAJORITY SEATING IN THE U.S. SENATE - which would be followed by IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS AGAINST PRESIDENT OBAMA.
