Increase the size of Congress

At over 715,000 people per Congressperson, we have the 2nd most diluted 'democracy' on the planet. Pegging the size of a Congressional seat to 300,000 citizens will mitigate a myriad of problems from gerrymandering to campaign finance to allowing a more accurate representation of who is really in our country.

Why is this important?

1911 was the last time Congresspeople were added to this body. Since then we have almost tripled our population. To have a representative government we need a reasonable ratio between those making the laws and those being governed.
