Indict Assistant District Attorney Alizadeh on the charge of Perjury for knowingly providing an outdated copy of a section of statute 563.046 to the Grand jury in the Darren Wilson murder investigation. This document gave officers the legal right to use lethal force if a suspect simply flees, no matter how minuscule the crime; this section was ruled unconstitutional in 1975.
