Indict Boehner for Treason
The destruction of the democratic system in the U.S. and the ability of it's government to govern for the good of the populace is at stake by the behaviors of John Boehner, of the U.S. House of Representatives by refusing and failing to release a bill from chambers for the full House to vote and thereby passing a budget to pay the "nonessential" employees of such government, except the representatives of Congress, is creating a devastating financial crises which can bring down the government and destroy the democracy of the U.S. This is an act of treason by Boehner in that it aides and abets the enemies of our country, by eliminating our ability to protect and serve it's populace.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
We call on the Justice Department and any and all other appropriate agencies of the government to pursue a charge of Treason against John Boehner.

Why is this important?
What the GOP lead House of Representatives is doing by failing to pass a budge for the government operations, and refusing to even allow the legislation to come to vote, despite the awareness that a majority of the Representatives are in agreement with passing the budget, is holding the government and it's operations hostage which could lead to extreme harm not only to the government but to a majority of the populace of the U.S. is illegal and treasonable, actions which can irreparably harm our country and its people, thereby giving aid and comfort to our enemies. This despicable behavior must be stopped.
