Induct Tom Flores to Football Hall of Fame

Tom Flores was the first minority head coach to win a Super Bowl, first Latino to start as quarterback in professional football, and first Latino general manager in the NFL. He is one of two individuals to win a Super Bowl as a player, as an assistant coach, and as a head coach.

Despite his unmatched track record as a player and coach, four Super Bowl rings, and powerful influence on Latino youth, Flores has been denied induction to the Hall of Fame."

Why is this important?

The Latino Leaders Network is proud to share Coach Flores' incredible personal story and urge you to advocate for his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2020.
