A deep, bottom up, and structural redevelopment of the US, local and state governments needs to happen that take into account the systemic dysfunction that now exists. A rebranded US should be the best that companies as IDEO, The Rocky Mountain Institute, and Biomimicry 3.8 would create if they were part of a strategic design thinking government that is truly for the people and by the people. When the system is broken don't just fix it, start fresh forward ideas that are best for the nation.
Why is this important?
It's obvious. The government is bogged down, and not reacting to the people. Instead it is reacting strictly to the largest Corporations and the money they spend.
