We demand the the Justice Dept.in Washington imediately investigate the NYPD,regarding the myriad of civil and human rights violations that have occured under Ray Kelly's watch.Illegal suppression of the right to protest goverment policies,illegal stop and frisk used to terrorize people of color,many,many incidents of corruption, and violence against ordinary citizens.
