Investigation of the death of my son

I probably will not listened, but I have been affected emocionally for the death of my son. He was kill by a Target truck on 10-29-11, he was only 22 years old. The police report was done based on the testimony of the truck driver, and eventhough that the Lawyers that I have asked for help have seen that the Police Report is not not consistenly and the pictures taken from the accident doen not much the graphic in that report, they do not want to hire an expert to do the reconstruction, neither to inspect the trucks and the data recorded from the black boxes.
