IRS Corruption
We the undersigned, petition the US Senate and the US House of Representatives, to impose severe penalties (Including mandantory prison time and heavy financial penalties) for any person, persons, organization or representative of any person, persons or organization, that knowingly or willfully uses the power of the IRS to investigate, harass or penalize in any way, persons or organizations for political or other nefarious reasons.
We further petition the US Senate and US House of Representatives to grant authority to the US Senate OR the US House of Representatives, singularly or collectively to assign and appoint Independent council to investigate abuses created and / or caused by the US Internal Revenue Service.
Furthermore, we petition the US Senate and the US House of Representatives to formulate a joint Congressional IRS Review Board for annual reviews of the actions conducted by the IRS. This panel shall have the authority to randomly, or by referral, investigate any activities the IRS conducts that violate the laws of the United States of America, or the charter of the IRS.
We the undersigned petition the US Senate and US House of Representatives to diligently and in good faith, propose and work to pass these and other measures as necessary to discover and prosecute violations against the citizens of the United States of America.
