We, the citizens of the United States of America, call for a referendum to decide:
1. A permanent ban on assault rifles.
2. A limit on the number of guns a person may possess.
3. A limit on the number of guns a household may contain.
Why is this important?
The only way to beat the N.R.A lobbyists is through a referendum. We, the people, must call for a vote on this issue.
