IUB Faculty & Staff Stand with the 99%

The undersigned faculty and staff of Indiana University Bloomington express their solidarity with the Occupy Wall Street and Occupy Bloomington movement. We, too, are members of the 99%. We are dismayed at growing economic inequality, the erosion of the social safety net, and the political assault on public schools, unions, collective bargaining, and the environment. We condemn corporate greed and the undue influence of corporations in politics and public life. We applaud the Occupy movement for acting as the public conscience and drawing attention to the larger collective good.
