The Appeals Court said that she was in a precarious situation she was caring alone for her own children and her step-son. (note - that she abused, tortured, and starved). Judge Davis did state at sentencing that her methods of handling this child was to practically kill him. The Appeals court. She did not have to be alone to take care of this child. Both myself, his paternal grandmother, Dana Day and my daughter, Helen Day asked/begged her to let us take this child because she complained about him constantly. She turned down all these request.
Why is this important?
I am presenting this petition to Judge Davis, to support his decision of the first sentencing and to request he lower if he has to as little as possible.
