One simple law can create hundreds of thousands of jobs in forty-eight states. Why only forty-eight states?
Because these jobs already exist in Oregon and New Jersey. Both states ban self-service at gas stations, creating thousands of jobs, while reducing spilled gasoline, air pollution, and contaminated drinking water. A similar national law would put hundreds of thousands of Americans back to work.
The undersigned understand and accept this will probably cause gas prices to rise, but we will gladly pay for the extra service and to see more Americans working.
