Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks, & Obama should enlist others in corporate America (and individuals) to join the jobs initiative started by Starbucks, which uses the "Opportunity Finance Network". This is a great, and "already in place", alternative to the "private infrastructure bank" idea that never materialized.
