John Dowd should be disbarred

John Dowd admitted to CNN that he is the one who sent the tweet for DJT admitting obstruction of Justice. DJT said he was not even aware of the tweet at the time it was sent. If all this is true than Dowd should be disbarred from practicing law for impersonating a sitting President and over reaching his client/attorney relationship.
