The family of David has tried every avenue to get this case reopened. The State of North Carolina refuses to help; we need Justice.The family had numerous appointments with the DA office in Harnett Co. The ADA made us believe that this was going to be a hard case to win. The case went to trial a year later after the death of Mr. Worley. The trial began on September 24, 2013 at the Harnett Co Court House. The ADA started with his opening state and had several witnesses to testify to what occurred on July 13th in the death of Mr. Worley. It appeared that the case was going great and there was over 66 pieces of evidence presented in court that clearly showed the guilt of Toni Talley killing her husband. The court even allowed the integration video to be shown in court that was done with the lead detectives and Toni Talley.
