Justice for Roderick "Rudd" Walker a Victim of Government Misconduct

Someone I care about who I have known for years prior to his arrest, Roderick "Rudd" Walker was sentenced to LIFE for LSD Conspiracy in Federal District of Oklahoma in Tulsa based solely on the testimony of others with no physical evidence of any drug. New evidence has been discovered that both DEA agent Sean Henry and the Federal Prosecutor Robert Thames Raley were aware of. Both the prosecutor and Rudd’s defense attorney knew of Weller’s offer of immunity in exchange for his testimony against Rudd. Steven was directly asked if he was offered immunity on the witness stand and he denied being offered any immunity. The prosecutor and DEA agent Sean Henry did not correct the witness and suborn perjury. The jury who convicted Rudd was never aware of this. All witnesses had immunity and other pending cases and failed to disclose their deals they had like Steven Weller. Please view the USA Today articles on our site that had same violations raised by others as this same issue Rudd has and all them were released where there was no physical evidence but only testimony and having the same issue as Rudd were released. We demand this "that Rudd be released based on the same violations that he be treated the same way" By signing this petition you are supporting a complaint of the prosecutor misconduct to the Dept of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility and to DEMAND an investigation into Rudd’s case. Also you are imploring the Oklahoma Bar Association and NORML to investigate Rudd’s paid attorney, Mike Arnett, who had failed to defend Rudd's rights.
Rudd has already served 10 years of his Life sentence. He is a kind person who did not rape or murder or hurt anyone and does not deserve a life sentence or to even be convicted in the first place. Rudd is a father of two kids who have already missed 10 years of having a father. He deserves to be home with his family. This type of injustice can happen to anyone and is not what our country was founded on. That is why signing this petition is very important.
