Justice for Abbie

Please sign this petition to help us reopen my daughter's alleged rape case. The detectives were extremely negligent in this case. There is a text message where the alleged rapist acknowledges the sex was non-consensual. The Captain over the detectives actually told my husband and I that despite my daughter saying no and telling him to stop she didn't try to get away and let him finish, therefore it would be considered consensual. No means NO!!! I also, since the case has been closed, have had the opportunity to read the accused statement and I can disprove 75% of it with hard evidence. If the Detectives actually investigated they would have found this out. My daughter who is the victim was blamed and accused by the detectives, and they closed the case before it began. Please help us get this reopened and get the justice my daughter deserves.
