Barbara Daniels: Justice for Abdul Q. Daniels

Abdul Daniels was arrested by the Federal Government for something he had no part in and sits in Jail for over a year this past October 2015. Abdul Q. Daniels is being illegally detained in the local jail for over a year. He was arrested and accused of being on a phone call with someone else- whose phone was tapped- which was and is not true. Abdul has had no voice analysis, no lie detector, and no speedy trial. Being charged with conspiracy and held with no proof of anything. His sentence could be 10 years to Life. Abdul is a black male, in his prime, an electrician and was not harming anyone when he was arrested and held without bond. All unconstitutional. His appointed attorney says: " This is the Federal Government, they can do this and there is nothing that can be done, They can do what they want".
