Made this petition for Connie Beard who was missing and found in a shallow grave in 1998. To date as of my knowledge nothing has been done by the cops and the case has not been re-opened. Hope this Petition will change that. She is missed by many and needs to finally be able to rest in peace as it has been too long for this case to go unsolved.
