Justice for Underwater Homeowners

Tell the Big Banks, enough is enough! Deutschbank refuses to participate in discussions to modify loans for families affected by the housing crisis in spite of the fact they've been paid at least 3 times for every underwater loan they own.

Dawn Swidorski and her husband Tony are just one of millions of families who now owe more on their home than its worth. The Big Banks have drained trillions of dollars of wealth from hard-working Americans like Dawn and her husband. At the same time they've rigged the game and refuse to consider a home loan modification until they are behind on their housepayment. It's just a game they play to steal hard working people's house and profit AGAIN.

Dawn and Tony have done the right thing. They are current on their home loan, but it's set to adjust to a rate that is unaffordable. Please help them by demanding that Deutschbank give Dawn and Tony the simple loan modification they need in order to keep their home.
