First person in the history of U.S. to be sentenced to 50 years for consensual sex with a minor 14 years of age, the act took place 15 years prior and past the statue of limitation.
Why is this important?
To have justice served, we can not allow lawmakers to change/twist the laws as they please. Judges need to follow the law when issuing a sentence.
It should not be about who you KNOW in the system.
