Wilkinsburg, Pa officers fired at a black man 12 times after he used a 4 inch folding knife to get a K9 dog off of him. The incident started when he and his father was drinking in public at a bus shelter which would have warranted the officers citing him for open container. The circumstances surrounding the death of this man is unclear. However, a large ceremony was held for the K9 dog which had news coverage, flags at half staff, the works. The justice department should be included in the overseeing of this incident
