We the undersigned encourage Justice Scalia to retire from the Supreme Court. His recitation of embarrassing Fox News sound bite talking points during the PPACA arguments, his stated reluctance to put in the time required to read and understand the bill, and his petulant dissent on the Arizona immigration case are evidence he no longer has the energy, temperment, or sense of fairness to serve on the Court and judge important issues.
Why is this important?
