Alice Smith, foster mother to 5 special needs children, is facing eviction by Penny Mac and Citibank. In 2009, Citibank offered her a loan modification over the phone and she made a payment. A few months later, they sent her payment back and denied the modification they initially offered her. She has been fighting Citibank ever since. Now, Penny Mac, who Citibank sold the loan to, is evicting Alice and her foster family Wednesday, Oct. 3rd.
