This petition is for the students that Burke has helped over the years at Western Carolina and for the students he continues to help with advising, teaching, NAHB, construction fraternity, and the CM club. We the students would like to make sure Burke stays in the Kimmel school to continue its success. The absence of this professor would be detrimental to the program, resulting in a back lash of student expectations.
Why is this important?
Without Burke our program would fall further and further due to his love for helping students succeed, get internships, and to get permeant jobs after graduation.
