- Limit members of Congress to four terms.
- Only pay them and provide health insurance for them during the terms in which they serve.
- For each vote they miss by not attending, they have to pay a fine.
Why is this important?
I feel the government shutdown is unacceptable and it is time we start holding members of Congress responsible instead of letting them get an infinite paycheck.
I want to do something, but I have a job to report to every day, and responsibilities that I can't just walk away from to go march on Washington.
