Some want to ban fireworks because of the fires. Most of these fires aren't caused by Fireworks. I believe Fireworks do more good than bad. Sure we'll have a few dry seasons, but banning fireworks isn't the solution. Education and some common sense is a better approach, than banning them all together.
Other people want to ban fireworks because they feel it is annoying - Banning fireworks for this reason is the wrong approach.
