Deputy Keith Clymer was killed by habitual drunk driver Harry Burak on May 16, 2017. Harry Burak was sentenced to 6 1/2 to 22 3/4 years for homicide by vehicle while DUI. He had a blood alcohol level of .18 which is over twice the legal limit. Burak’s license had been permanently revoked the year before the accident due to 4 PRIOR DUI’s. Burak turned his 2017 Dodge Ram 5500 truck in front of Keith Clymer’s motorcycle. Keith was killed instantly. When police arrived on scene and attempted to take Burak into custody, he struggled with them and police were forced to take him to the ground. Clymer left behind 2 sons.
Burak is applying for parole. Let’s keep this murderer in prison where he belongs. He has shown a blatant disregard for the law. He was driving intoxicated after 4 previous DUIs and with no drivers license. If he gets out he will most certainly drive drunk again. He does not care about the law or feel that he has to abide by any sentence handed down by a judge. He is not remorseful and does not deserve to be let out onto the streets so he can do this again. 6 1/2 years is not enough for killing someone.

Why is this important?
Burak needs to stay in jail and serve his full prison term of 22 3/4 years
