Replace the IRS with a postcard that shows gross annual income, the tax percentage for each income bracket, and the total due. Brackets and percentages are published in September of each year, so that tax-payers can begin depositing for the following year. Deposits go straight to the US Treasury, eliminating potential loss and bureaucracy. September allows taxpayers to enforce congressional accountability in fall elections.
