Keep Monsanto out of food policy
We the stewards of the planet who also happen to be US citizens call on our president to remove any people connected with Monsanto, General Mills, Kelloggs or ConAgro from positions of influence within the Department of Agriculture on the grounds of extreme conflict of interest
Why is this important?
The decision to place any corporate executive into a cabinet position is a poor one, but the idea of allowing a Monsanto employee, former or current to sit in leadership of the Department of Agriculture's FDA is tantamount to not only letting the fox guard the henhouse but actually frying the chickens and hand-feeding them to Renard with a silver spoon!
