With the passage of SB 270 and the creation of local governing boards for many of our public universities, it is very important that the right people be chosen for these boards as they will set the tone for decades to come.

We ask that you keep Phil Knight and Dave Frohnmayer off the UO Board to keep the board from skewing too heavily towards the extremely rich and well connected, who may not share the same interests as average Oregonians.
