We should not change the way votes are counted in Pennsylvania elections for president. Like most states we need to have a majority wins. This is a republican maneuver so that blue states votes will be divided between the Democrats and Republicans. The red states will be winner take all. That means that even when the democrats have many more votes, the republicans will win every time.
Why is this important?
The republicans are trying to win elections with fewer votes than the democrats by changing the way ballots are counted in Pennsylvania.
Shame on you. You should try to be on the side of the people instead. And you might think about getting ready of those crazy tea party people.
