Stop big banks from profiting from unemployment and outsourcing the jobs related to unemployed Americans. Unemployment debit cards should be handled by Instate Banks and the jobs created by processing kept in those states.
Why is this important?
Currently our unemployment is put on a debit card and processed by major banks. In fact J.P. Morgan has had so much business they needed more help. They outsourced those jobs to India. I believe all unemployment money and jobs should stay here.
