Keep Wheelock School open! Our school is the centerpiece of our neighborhood, and the only family oriented institution in this part of Keene. West Keene now has the High School, the Middle School, the new YMCA, Alumni field, and Wheelock Park. The only place that children and families in our neighborhood have as a center for community activity is Wheelock School. Please keep Wheelock open!
Why is this important?
Wheelock School is the centerpiece and anchor of the southeast Keene neighborhood. The Keene School Board is considering plans which include closing Wheelock School. This would have a devastating affect on our neighborhood, and the families that live here. Tell the Keene School Board to keep Wheelock open!
