The failed State of Kansas experiment in this regard CLEARLY VERIFIES that the THEORY that cutting taxes on the wealthy to create increased economic activity which benefits everyone, including the poor, DOES NOT WORK! We do not need President Trump and the Federal Congress to impose this rediculous theory on all of us.
