The negative Republican strategy of sacrificing the interests of the nation for the sake of partisan politics should be dramatized in TV campaign ads showing desperate people willing to do anything to win, and revealing their slavish devotion to corporate masters and contempt for the very middle class whose votes they covet.
Why is this important?
I'd like to see an Obama campaign ad showing the first Republican opposition meeting after he was elected, grumbling about his solid base and vowing to find ways to block minority voters "next time," joining hands on a campaign strategy to oust Obama even before he takes the oath of office: VETO EVERYTHING OBAMA TRIES TO DO. "Know-nothing has worked before, it can work again!"
