On behalf of We the People, this petition is being forged & signed so that all medications must indicate any biological organism(s) &/or inorganic matter present within any medication or food. This information is to be peaceably assembled (1st amendment) alongside information currently on those labels.
Why is this important?
The first amendment in the Bill of Rights reads "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
A definition of assemble includes "fit together the separate component parts of (a machine or other object)."
This petition is a directive forged by We the People to peaceably assemble information.
Pharmacognosy is defined as "the study of the physical, chemical, biochemical and biological properties of drugs, drug substances or potential drugs or drug substances of natural origin as well as the search for new drugs from natural sources." It is also defined as the study of crude drugs.
A crude drug is any naturally occurring, unrefined substance derived from organic or inorganic sources such as plant, animal, bacteria, organs or whole organisms intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or other animals.
We would like to assemble the knowledge of chemicals alongside the biological organisms or inorganic matter those chemicals were derived from.
