Kohl's: Withdraw Inaccurate Report to Credit Bureau

You should not punish your customer for a credit card online payment systems glitch on your end. Withdraw late payment report to credit bureau for Eric Thacker.

Why is this important?

Kohl's online credit card payment system failed to record my $35 payment in January of this year. I resubmitted after I learned of the error but I recently found out they reported me 30 days late to the credit agency and my credit score fell 100 points, preventing me from refinancing my mortgage. They refuse to acknowledge/correct the error.
