Kylee Ray Petition

My 14yr old daughter Kylee Ray has been missing since June 4,2012. I'm getting very little help from law enforcement, Juvenile Court & the community. She is a teenager who's made alot of bad decisions that's got her in the trouble shes in. Now that shes missing, I'm getting no help in finding her. I'm being told to sit back & wait. If I keep waiting to find her, she will end up dead. I will have to identify my daughters body if I don't get help soon. She will make another wrong decision on her own & end up in the car of a pedophiles or murderer. The news, radio stations & Amber Alert is only helpful to those who have children that have been abducted. Why do I have to sit back & wait for that to happen before I get help? Please sign this petition so we can change the laws & help find our missing children.
