If there is GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) content in the food we buy in Mississippi, make it say so on the label. Give us the right to choose.
Why is this important?
Genetically Modified Organisms (most of our corn, soybeans and cotton) are being grown and consumed in Mississippi and they have never been properly, independently tested. The first independent testing being done in Europe shows reasons to be concerned. We should not be unknowing guinea pigs in this mass experiment. We should have the right to know if the food we buy has GMOs in it.
