Landlord Can Give Notice to Vacate without Cause

Change the Law that a Landlord can only give notice, 30 or 60 day, with cause, i.e. tenant fails to pay rent or is destructive to property and must have proof, not for personal reasons.

Why is this important?

This California law needs changing. Landlords should only be able to give Notice with Cause, i.e. tenant doesn't pay rent or is destructive to property. As it stands, landlords can give notice for
personal reasons, personality disorder on their part.
