Landlords: Pets need a home too!

There would be less homeless and shelter pets if landlords were required to allow tenants to keep licensed dogs and cats (with a refundable or non-refundable deposit). Many tenants are forced to "get rid" of a pet, or abandon the idea of rescuing one simply because the majority of andlords don't allow them. A lot of these pets end up homeless or in shelters, many to be euthanized. As long as there is no health or excessive noise issue, dogs and cats should be allowed to have a home too!
