Law Enforement Killing Unarmed Person is Murder

Any law enforcement person who shoots an unarmed person and kills them will be brought up on attempted murder charges and murder if they kill the person. Any law enforcement person who turns off their body cam and shoots an unarmed person will be charged for attempted murder 1 and murder 1 if they kill the person. All law enforcement shootings of unarmed person will be handled by the DOJ not the county where the shooting happened. Any law enforcement person who shoots an unarmed person will be fired and never be allowed to practice law again.

Why is this important?

Police freely shoot to kill unarmed people in our country contributing to the unlawful abuse of power by law enforcement and distrust of law enforcement. We need these shootings to be handled by the DOJ and stiffer penalties on law enforcement personnel.
