Given that the majority of the citizens who voted in Colorado and Washington want to legalize marijuana the Federal Government should accede to their will and not prosecute, harass or in any way disrupt the process that these states have initiated to legalize marijuana.
Why is this important?
The Federal Government should leave the decision by the people of Washington and Colorado alone and not interfere with there process of legalizing marijuana.
